Use the available limits
Article 132 of the remote-gambling norms requires facilities for daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits. It specifies up to 24 hours to implement a requested limit and at least 48 hours before a requested increase can take effect.
Limits are a protection tool, not a way to make gambling affordable or predict a return. For a break or a longer stop, see exclusion options.
Understand account and withdrawal controls
The rules require account transaction information and prohibit player-to-player transfers. They also regulate returning funds to the originating payment account or method. Identity and reasoned investigation checks can affect withdrawals; withdrawal timing depends on the applicable terms and checks.
Save account statements, the terms that applied and relevant messages. See payment checks and withdrawal questions before drawing a conclusion from a delay.
Make a complaint in a clear sequence
- Complain to the operator. Identify your account, the transaction or decision, the date and what you want reviewed. Use its documented complaint channel.
- Keep the acknowledgement and reference number. Article 131 of the norms provides for a response within a reasonable time, no later than 14 days from registration.
- If the operator rejects the complaint or does not resolve it within that period, the norms provide a route to ONJN. Submit the evidence through ONJN’s official channel.
