Contacting Casinos Romania
This website does not currently accept messages or documents. For licensing, account or support enquiries, use the official routes below. Do not send identity documents, passwords or account credentials to an information website.
Casino account or withdrawal dispute
Start with the operator’s complaint channel and keep its acknowledgement. Article 131 of the remote-gambling norms provides an ONJN route if the operator rejects the complaint or does not resolve it within the stated period.
Follow the complaint steps. Casinos Romania cannot access casino accounts, decide disputes or recover funds.
Licensing, consumer and privacy questions
- For operator records and licensing questions, use ONJN’s Class I register and ONJN’s official website.
- For a general consumer complaint, consult ANPC’s consumer portal.
- For a personal-data concern, contact the organisation handling your data or consult ANSPDCP, Romania’s data-protection authority.
Find the underlying rules in the source library.
